Norma Wade of Ammon NB, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2017 at The Moncton Hospital. Norma was 82 years young, born May 10, 1935 and was the daughter of the late Cecil Babcock and late Martha (Randall) Palmer.
A graduate of Moncton High School and Atlantic Business School, she was a long-time member of the Wednesday Morning Bowling League at Fairlanes, a member of the Concerned Citizens Group of the Moncton Hospital, numerous bridge clubs and the Ladies Probus Club in Moncton.
For being an only child, Norma's legacy would definitely be her family. She was extremely proud to have raised four children, twelve grandchildren and now ten great-grandchildren with two more expected.
She loved spending time with family and friends. Fun was had by many at the cottage, sailing, horse-racing expeditions and gatherings…especially the annual Rib-Off each summer at the camp in Blackville, NB.
Norma will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 61 years, W. Murray Wade of Ammon. Her children: Wendy (Richard) Sullivan, Cindy (Peter) Comeau, Randy (Sharon) Wade and Jim (Judy) Wade all residing locally.
